Our rental buildings were built in 1969. Couldn't find parts (stems & handles) in big box stores. These Woodford parts were exactly what we needed to repair the outside faucets. Had to shut off water main to remove old and measure stem for length. Was awed at the speed of delivery, too. Two states away took two days! I will be ordering more of these as needed. And will be researching other hard-to-find parts from this company as well.

My hose spigot is 14 years old and started leaking. I watched a YouTube video on how to replace the stem, etc. So I ordered the 12" stem, repair kit and packing from Grigg Industries. The web site was very easy to navigate and I was able to find and order the components I needed very quickly. I received everything in 2 or 3 days and replaced the old parts with the new ones and no leak! Five Star company!
