The absolutely superb service I received from Grigg Industries was exceptional. After talking to more than one local "pump serviceman" for my frost free yard hydrant, each and every one claimed that the frost free hydrant was so OLD that it could not be repaired... that everything would have to be dug up and replaced with a new unit. So I did my own research, took photos of my OLD head, ended up emailng those photos to Grigg Industries and they confirmed it was a Clayton Mark and they had the parts to fix the hydrant. SO VERY HELPFUL... quick to respond, even called me as requested and answered my questions, and simply provided extraordinary service. Once my order was place, I received the order within 3 days. I simply cannot speak highly enough of Grigg Industries. The gentleman that I had install my underground spinkler system easily repaired the frost free yard hydrant with the parts received. Thank you so very much, for quality service, and quality products.

Installed with the help of a plumber. he had the correct tools and skills. Went with the whole head due to not being able to rebuild the old head. (parts could not be removed. The hydrant head is well made and did the trick. It only took the plumber less than 30 minutes to replace. Works great. Hopefully we will get 16 years of service from this new head. If you are paying someone to repair your Clayton Mark hydrant head, just replace the whole thing. Thank you to Griggs Industries for maintaining parts for the obsolete hydrant. I did not relish the idea of digging up the old unit.
