The weep hole is the small hole located behind the handle. The 460 series faucets are not designed to be under pressure for more than 12 hours. If there is anything attached to the faucet that builds pressure, such as a sprayer on a garden hose, or sprinkler system it will cause the water to leak from the hole. The leak should be a slight drip, not a spray. If the water is spraying from the weep hole that may mean that the end is bad, and you would need to replace the Arrowhead Brass PK6026 spring less check assembly.
